Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our clothing and home decor brand. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchanges policy, subject to the following terms and conditions. However we DO NOT offer returns on our products.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preferred replacement item when initiating the exchange. You can also contact our customer care and they will be able to help you find the perfect item. Exchanges will happen for the same price as your bill or for a higher amount. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Eligibility for Exchanges: Items must be exchanged within a specified timeframe, typically within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchangeable items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Some items, such as intimate apparel or personalised products, may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene or customisation reasons.

Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via phone call or mail. The customer care team will provide you with a form wherein you will have to fill in your details, order number, reason for exchange, etc. 

Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You may be responsible for the exchange shipping costs unless the exchangeable item is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.

Refunds: In certain but rare circumstances, we might approve your product for a refund. We will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are typically issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request relevant information or photographic evidence to assess the issue. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the damaged or defective item and will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
